Biography
March 2006: Completed the Kagawa Prefecture Lacquer Art Institute
June 2007: Began working at Nakata Lacquer Ware
February 2022: Certified as a traditional craftsman in Kagawa Prefecture

What inspired you to get into this work?
The reason I got into this job was an injury to my leg. I wanted to learn something handcrafty, so I started my career as a lacquer craftsman.
What do you keep in mind when creating your work?
Sometimes things don't go as smoothly as I would like, but I try to do my work with care.
