Profile
What do you want to appeal the most in your work?
Focusing on wooden carvings of Buddhist statues, Oriental zodiac signs, Hina dolls, etc. that suit modern lifestyles,
I create works that give the viewer a sense of warmth that only handmade work can provide.
What do you keep in mind when creating your work?
I try to create original works of art, not using traditional compositions, but creating everything from the design stage.
What do you want to achieve from now on? Or how do you want to live?
I want many people to know about Ichi-ichi Itto-bori carving and to see and touch it.
I will continue to create works of art that will become one-of-a-kind treasures in the world.
