What inspired you to get into this work?
Because I felt the joy of creating something with my own hands (monozukuri)
What do you want to appeal the most in your work?
We do not use machines at all.
What do you keep in mind when creating your work?
We take great care in our work.
We take time and care for the traditional work process.
What do you want to achieve from now on? Or how do you want to live?
We want many people to know about Nara brushes.
We don't use a machine to make the brushes. But we would like many people to use our brushes.
Other free description
I think that the number of people who own a brush will decrease due to the coronavirus.
How much longer will you be able to produce your own brushes? I'm not sure.
I would like to make it as long as possible.
The coronavirus has affected me a lot... I've been thinking a lot... I think the next few years will be tough.
