Profile
What inspired you to get into this work?
I started working at Gen-emon Kiln of Arita-yaki porcelain and started painting as a job.
What do you want to appeal the most in your work?
In his "Series Wild Flowers," he paints many motifs of wild flowers that bloom in each season.
I create my works with the hope that people can feel the simple but clean and strong vitality of these roadside flowers that do not usually catch people's eyes.
What do you keep in mind when creating your work?
We aim to create such vessels that will soothe our hearts in the midst of our time-consuming lives. Our goal is to create such vessels.
We feel that a painting with heart and soul will always be reflected in our work, and we cherish every stroke of the brush.
What do you want to achieve from now on? Or how do you want to live?
While pursuing traditional techniques, I would like to challenge various techniques and create works that aim for harmony between them.
